D1893 Sheffield Victoria June 1966 by Paul Robertson Via Flickr: Brush type class 47 no.D1893, (later renumbered 47374) arrives at Sheffield Victoria with a passenger train on a glorious summer day in June 1966.
Scary? Not for me! Originally used in a barbershop (over 40 years ago) for wigs, this wooden head (handmade!!!) was "bequeathed" to me by my father during my last visit to my parents in August. It is one of the memories I associate with my childhood music. I've known this head for as long as I can remember. And always wore headphones 😂 (I still have this old GDR headphones with the red pads in front of my eyes). It fills me somehow almost with pride to be able to continue the purpose he had with my father here, and honestly, such a bit of retro belongs in every studio 😉 . . . #holzkopf #woodhead #headphones #studiogear #edm #memories #childhood #scary #retro (hier: Steinmauern am Rhein) https://www.instagram.com/p/Ci3Pyw0MMm8/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
