Hey, I know this one is a long shot, since you aren't actually a shelter. But you're a specialist, and on my list of approved facilities so I thought I'd give it a shot.

We've got a little yamper over here, Pongo. I don't think I can keep taking care of him. He's not high needs health-wise, he's got his issues but they're honestly pretty much all stabilized at this point. He's just...got a big personality. And I've got a lot going on. I just don't think our unit's the best place for him right now. So I'm reaching out to see if I can't find somewhere that'll be a better fit. Fair warning, he does bark a lot.

Again, I know it's not really what you do. Tell me to fuck off if you want. He's a cute little guy though.

Under normal circumstances, I'd direct someone to a place better-suited to take in any pokemon, but I couldn't stop thinking about this one. It could be my soft spot for Yamper, seeing as Falafel himself has evolved, or it could be that I'm weak to stories like his. Both Hubert and Faux were rescued from shiny mills, now given a loving home. It would be wrong of me to not also extend that opportunity to Pongo.

I luckily have a PC readily available at the Daycare, I can gladly give you the code. You can rest assured that he'll fit in just fine amongst this mismatched team of dogs.

have you seen how big the ancient hisuian arcanine was and how much do you love it

I haven't seen anything on the hisuian variant of Arcanine aside from visual media, but I do adore how it looks. Growlithe as well! If I could get one, oh, I'd be so happy! They're just so adorable (⁠つ⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠)⁠つ

what non-dogs are dogs to you

Deino being a big one. But hmm. Let me think a bit here. I think both Nidoran, Slowpoke, Seel. This one might be controversial, but Jolteon and Flareon of the eeveelutions are very dog-like to me. Hmm, the Tower Trio of Johto. They give off dog-energy. Numel, Trapinch, Absol, Buizel, Stunky, and Skuntank as well. Hmm. Hippopotas, Skorupi, Heatran, Sky Shaymin, the entire Venipede line, Sandile. Kalos has no dog like pokemon. They don't even have a *good* dog pokemon. Oh, Stufful, Drampa. Wooloo and Dubwool are like dogs to me. Growing up with them though brings in a bias. Clodsire and that Koraidon as well. So yeah, there's my Honorary Dog Pokemon list.

I know you're in Galar so this might be a long shot. Do you have any Greavard care tips. Particularly for a newly-captured specimen.

Well, luckily we have a few that come to our daycare! Though I wouldn't know much outside that basic care. But, I recommend avoiding too much contact, as it can sap one's life energy real fast. I've had a few staff members faint because of this. Also, they do not know that they do this, they will continually beg for attention. Learn to train them to accept verbal praise and affection more than physical. You still, however, can give them physical affection just be wary. That's all I have, but good luck! ( ´･･)ﾉ(._.`)

what do you have against Furfrou

Every Furfrou I have met, ever, has been ill-tempered and feign affection when they decide to grace you with it. Their owners can also be so damn snooty and have a "Holier Than Thou" energy to them. There is a set of shiny Furfrou brothers who have matching collars for the holidays or any event. And they are monsters. They are not fixed and they hump every thing in their vicinity! I have to constantly separate them from the group. It's a nightmare. I am so Tired of them and any other Furfrou I run into. It's never been a good experience.

Which eeveelutions are dogs do you think

Eevee, Jolteon, Flareon, and Umbreon.

Eevee is pretty much a Titular Dog Vibe. Very much seen as an "easy" first pet, very common, and just how playful and energetic they are.

Jolteon. Just, look at those little lads. Same for Flareon. But very much energy as well.

And Umbreon, honestly that's just really on vibes alone. It's in my grey area of dog pokemon.

You've talked about your partner a few times on here, but would you be willing to tell us more?

As much as I would love to, I'm afraid I'm trying to keep it toned down. With both of us having quite, public, information so readily available. We find it best to keep everything quiet. I just want to be with my partner unbothered by the media, you know? Plus there's also the risk of the fans. I wouldn't want my current reputation to become so negative if us dating will be revealed.
