RANDOMS –
TEN FACTS ABOUT YOUR MUSE
Nhaji’s tail is fully prehensile, and oftimes can be used to determine her mental state. During times of excitement of curiosity, it can be seen flicking and dancing about, while it wraps around her hips like a belt when she is comfortable and coils about one of her legs should she be worried, scared, or otherwise upset.
Though she has lived in Eorzea for about six or seven years now, she only learned to read Eorzean script about a year ago! She still struggles with it sometimes, especially when folks write in cursive, but she’s getting better.
Nhaji can play the violin! She believes she’s rather good at it, though as of late she’s become rusty, having been focusing more on company duties than practicing with the instrument.
Nhaji hates little repetitive noises; the ticking of a clock, the dripping of a faucet, the thumping of boots against a hard surface... It’s for this reason that the chronometer was designed so that it didn’t tick, much to her relief.
Though fairly inexperienced with conjury, Nhaji has studied at the thaumaturges guild for a time and has picked up some of the more basic techniques employed within the discipline. She has also studied a particular few spells employed by Arcanists, and has taken the geometry involved in rudimentary healing - i.e. ‘Physick’ - to memory, so that she might apply some amount of healing to her allies in a fight!
In her life so far, Nhaji has travelled the length of the Three Great Continents. For whatever reason, however, she does not look fondly upon these past travels, and prefers not to talk about them.
Nhaji has a pet! A small Nutkin which she has ever-so-creatively named ‘Walnut’, due to the nut of the same name that he is oft rolling along with him. She has had him since soon after joining Blue Sky, the little fella’ having been a gift to her from a Y’Zhen Tia. He’s a greedy, gluttonous little fur-ball, and she’s had to install child-locks on her pantry doors to keep him out of them. Walnut, that is. Not Zhen.
Before joining up with Blue Sky, Nhaji was fairly timid around most people, only really opening up at all after she had spent a long time around folks. Twelve only know what these people have done to sweet, innocent, poor ol’ little Nhaji, as now she’s become a rather more confident, outspoken person, especially around members of the company. Some folks even have the nerve of calling her sassy, or snarky.
On the topic of Blue Sky, Nhaji has adopted a bit of a persona whilst working and living with the people there! While off on Ventures, the Xaela becomes drastically more formal and methodical, even going as far as to drop her accent in favour of a more precise, easy-to-understand tone. However, this only comes into play while she has her helmet on, which hasn’t been all that often recently, what with it being crushed on a previous mission. She really needs to get that fixed.
According to the test located here, Nhaji is an INFP-T on the personality grid!
