Aldub fever and me
Ok, so first of all, i liked the show when there was actually dubsmashes, now, its full of this crap romance, cheesy lines that really are corny as hell, but hey, filipinos love it. Well, i am a filipino and it looks like this fever will never infect me. My Youtube metabolism helps me to prevent it.
Well, going back, i watched this show before, but never a whole episode of their show, cuz’ i am really busy with watching more productive stuff where i can learn what i want, for example, LinusTechTips and other tech sites. But if there is something positive about this show that it gives you tips on love life and it has lovely messages as well, like even when the three lola’s were stripped out of their home, they were still happy. Why? Because even without the house full of their memories together, they can make new memories with themselves. By being together with the one they love, they will always be happy. So that was the message of the episode on last Saturday.
So what did i like about the show? Summarizing things, it would be when dubsmash was the crap of this show, and now, and for the future episodes, would be that i like that they really give some good, awesome, and cool messages.
What did i dislike? Well, it would be how they spoiled the show by removing the fact that yaya dub can’t speak, and can only dubsmash. Well, i understand, there aren’t more to dubsmash to the show, but come on, that’s the only crap i enjoyed there, and wally bayola’s wacky acting, which is really funny, and i want more of those.
Acting? Others say its mediocre and crappy, well for me, it’s like, they’re like not really acting, like they do it naturally, and that is why they are quite some funny fails there, but hey, that’s what makes the show funny.
Cliche? Foreign or local, EVERY ROMANCE SHOWS ARE CLICHE, whatever it is bad ending or happy ending, there will be always that part that you know that is in any local or foreign show, a cliche romance show is something inevitable, and others just twist it a bit, and they call it a plot twist, and i’m like, you just modified like 10% of that moment and that’s a plot twist? That’s still the same. Plot twist my ass.
