🇬🇧 Lamp - Lampe 🇳🇴
ZIKO
Word of the Day
Censure -- to find fault with and condemn as wrong; blame --- So, I was thinking I'd use this to do a sort of prompt a day thing where I expand my vocabulary and give my followers something interesting to read. I will start my story based on this word now. --- Shelley Funa stared out at the busy hallways of Wuthering Heights Magic School ((i have yet to decide upon the real name of the school,, so bear with me here..)) She couldn't spot any of her friends anywhere. With a sigh, she began to make her way to her locker. "Eww... it's that human!" an ugly orc sneered. Her scraps of matted black hair thrown up into a pair of measly pigtails. "Gross! What is she doing here? She smells disgusting," the other primative creature complained. Shelley didn't even bother to remember what race it was. The orc turned her nose up to Shelley, but Shelley didn't even acknowledge this action. It wasn't as if the pair were actually better than her. Shelley was apparently being censured for her humanity. She was a rarity in magic schools. Humans were usually more revered for their ability to even dabble in the fine art of magic. Then Shelley spotted a sky blue will-o-wisp floating in the air. She waved to it, smiling brightly. "Minami! Joshua!" she called. The will-o-wisp turned to her quickly, and soon enough, Shelley could actually see Minami as well. She had friends. Nothing else really mattered outside of them.
