I hope someday, preferably soon, someone can make a new product similar to Word 2004 with an easy, simple and accessible formatting to use. I personally, don’t need to use Word to do anything other than write novels. Also, Word 2016 is ugly AF. Seriously, it’s the ugliest thing and I cannot deal with the change. It took me a year to accept using 2010 over 2004.
Also I mean, why would you get rid of the -a plus space equals the en dash. Give me my fucking ‘en dash back! I can’t even program it in unless I went through every beginning letter and that’s way too much work when I don’t think I can even program that in as a shortcut. At least not efficiently.
TL;DR I miss writing in a novel format ala 2004, I want my ‘en dashes back and I don’t handle change well. (Last time I tried Open Office I hated it too and it was also lacking in the ‘en dashes)
