It's getting (wind)chilly outside

Person #1: It is really, bitingly cold outside.

Wanda: That's because of the windshield. It makes things colder.

Maybe it can print on hopes and dreams

Wanda: The printer isn't working. It says "add paper."

Me: That means it's out of paper. You need to add paper.

Wanda: It wants me to count all the paper? But there isn't any in there. There's no paper. Why won't it print?

It's important to have the necessary tools

Wanda: My stapler is broken. It won't staple.

Me: (looking at the stapler) There aren't any staples in it.

Wanda: Oh, you have to put those things in there?

Nothing like a mythical vacation to bring the family together

Wanda: I've always wanted to go to Atlantis. I heard it's a really great country to take a vacation.

Watch out, or they'll burrow into your brain

Wanda: I lost my earbugs.

Me: Your earbugs?

Wanda: Yeah, I stick the bugs in my ears to listen to music.

Turns out, the power cord means it needs electricity

Wanda: The power is out at my house. My electric stove won't work, my garage door won't open, the lights won't turn on... How awful!

Me: That sucks.

Wanda: Oh well. I guess I'll just watch TV in the dark tonight.

It's getting hot in here

Wanda: It's so cold in here.

Me: Why don't you turn on the heater?

Wanda: Will that make it warmer?

Wanda: Oh I will! What day does that come on?

Me: ...Saturday...
