Ignis Fatuus- "Foolish Fire"

Foolish Fire, So young, so bright Surviving this endless night. So very untrusting, Burning all those who dare to touch it, Friend or foe To strike or to lend a gentle hand So very, very, untrusting. So very, very, scared. Yet, don't think the flames ill. Anxiety

Anxiety: That vertigo in a still room That faceless smile in the dark,  laughing at you.  That shock, like someone hooking up jumper cables to the back of your neck. That moment where your breath is nothing But their voices taunting you. The tension in the air so sharp it cuts into you. The tears that never make it to the floor,  because its already covered in blood. Anxiety: That... last flickering light bulb in your mind. If it goes out... Then what do we have left?
