Sorry i’ve been super quiet recently! lots of stuff going on and hopefully i’ll be much more active in the new year.   

This year I drew 11 more finished pieces than last year, and between Feb - May I drew up 12 pages, and planned and wrote 19 chapters of my comic, followed again in Nov and Dec by another 3.  I was productive (though I have nothing to show for it in May and April) for every month of the year! Last year I had three months of inactivity so i’d say that’s a big improvement :)

I don’t think my style has changed that much, it looks a bit cleaner, though i’ve been messier with my process, i’m using more colour than I used to and my composition work is much better.  I still don’t have many finished pieces but I’ve been working a very hectic full time creative job and most of my energy goes to that.

Anyway this is me signing off until January - Thank you all so much for following me and leaving such lovely comments and tags on my art.  Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year and lets hope 2017 is a good one xxxxx

so recently my workplace assigned me to a new role which is a LOT faster paced than my previous role so i’m basically flustered and low-key stressed 100% of the time i work... (which has just been the past two days but lmao) put on top of this that now i have to interact w some new people and my social skills are literally in the negatives. like literally a girl started talking to me and i replied and we stood in silence for three whole awkward minutes bc i had no idea what to say bc i can’t do small talk that doesn’t include school or classes

I just met my boss and man, I'd forgotten how intimidating and svelte she is and how high her standards are and now I'm actually nervous about this job
