Hi all, sketch preview again for Galen of the Wind. Took a small break from RP bookmarks to draw Lavinia, but we back at it againnnn~

Kinda’ wanted that whole pirate theme with gold coins and treasure, and the pirate ship in the open seas with the sky in the back. This might take a long time to finish lol...Or, I might change the arm poses later on if the composition doesn’t work out.

Probably time to sleep...!!!

I am a multi interested artist!! And my art style tends to very a bit program to program/brush to brush at times. I'm still figuring out my art style in many ways <⁠(⁠￣⁠︶⁠￣⁠)⁠> I mainly draw furries as I'm very obsessed with animals, but said obsession dips into Pokemon, realism, and some animal based games, so you'll see a lot of things relating to that here!!🐯 I also really like fashion and have many characters I like dressing up ... So don't be surprised if you eventually see a lot of art of VARIOUS different characters. If y'all saw my TH you'd scream.. it's scary.. and I can't sell any of em cause mental illness

But you may also see the random/occasional fanart too!!

Basically I draw whatever I want, I like having fun, trying new things, and exploring new mediums, I even post traditional art sometimes! I'm also know for the occasional fursuit picture, or even hiking/food pic as I adore cooking and adventuring !! 🌄🍲🌌

braiding hair! yay!

this is quite honestly just for me (i am stupid but like to draw). this will totally be added to later (when i finally figure everything out), but shhhhh for now.

this is a very basic braid (courtesy of yours truly via stretchy fidgets in the middle of the night). this is easiest/most effective (from what i've found) when starting at a smaller point (ex: starting from a ponytail) instead of a whole head of hair (we'll get to that later). i mostly use this for the hair right in front of my ear and/or when i just want to keep my hands busy for a few moments.

a french braid (will picture later) is similar to a basic braid, just adding to it piece-by-piece (similar to dutch braid, except dutch braid is weaving under instead of over). this is specifically for a whole head! (i tried french braiding my hair last night and oh my goodness my arms hurt and i ended up with hair sticking out randomly. this is definitely because 1, i didn't know what i was doing (and couldn't see what i was doing), and 2, my hair isn't long enough to do it successfully/with ease. will definitely be trying this on my friends at another time though!)

also: i'm very, very white, this just pertains to mostly straight hair?
