Since you have tutorials on how to search Ao3 on your Tumblr, I thought you'd be the right person to ask this question to! LOL. See, do you think there is a way to search works for one side of a paring? Like, if I want to search Scorpius Malfoy paired with anyone, or Ginny Weasley paired with anyone... Well, can that actually be done? Is there any way to make that happen? 🤷

Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge, AO3 doesn't currently make this very easy to do.
I can suggest two not-very-satisfactory ways of approaching this. Neither will completely produce only the fics you want, but they can be somewhat helpful in getting you closer to what you want.
Option 1: Searching Relationship Tags
Use the "tag search" page to come up with a complete list of relationship tags for this character and then go through each tag one at a time looking for fics.
For the specific example of Scorpius Malfoy, it will look like this:
https://archiveofourown.org/tags/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query%5Bname%5D=Scorpius+Malfoy&query%5Btype%5D=Relationship&query%5Bcanonical%5D=true
That pulls up 207 (canonical) relationship tags which include Scorpius Malfoy at all. You'd have to click on each tag manually to see what's in them.

Option 2: Filtering by the Character
Use the "work search" page to search for works tagged with the *character* of Scorpius Malfoy:
https://archiveofourown.org/works?utf8=%E2%9C%93&commit=Sort+and+Filter&work_search%5Bsort_column%5D=revised_at&tag_id=Scorpius+Malfoy
Which currently gives you 9691 works.
You can reduce that a little further by "searching within results" for fics which also have at least one relationship tag. That is, include a search for
relationship_ids:*
(this allows for relationships of any sort, with or without Scorpius Malfoy - I don't know how to make it more specific that that)
This looks like:
https://archiveofourown.org/works?utf8=%E2%9C%93&commit=Sort+and+Filter&work_search%5Bsort_column%5D=revised_at&work_search%5Bquery%5D=relationship_ids%3A*&tag_id=Scorpius+Malfoy
And produces 8806 fics.
