Last night was real on another level... our @tuesdaystogethertrivalley group were touching base on Time Management of course and a big relatable topic that goes hand in hand with it is also Spousal Support because a lot of us are brought up on these old fashion gendered role responsibilities. Being a woman entrepreneur is not an easy feat because you have to over come the guilt of having not fulfilled the tasks that you as a woman must have is your marriage BUT you also would have to be able to communicate to your partner in a way that doesn’t lead to resentment that they have to pick up on the slack. Yeah... that’s a mouth full! Underlying solution from a lot of the members is: having that conversation with your spouse early on in the beginning stages of building your business AND of course realizing your company’s worth (this is a real job) - and then you would start to feel better about the time you are investing in your business because you are giving it value. It was not easy and I’ll confess that there are days where it is a little harder than most but as we continue to walk through the journey of my little growing business - I’m so grateful that Deth is my biggest fan!
