I have my work badge. It still hasn't hit me that I start my teaching career on Tuesday. Its definitely not what I had planned to do but I'm excited for my SID/PID position at Simpson. (BTW I will take any SPED Resources you want to send my way.) I got this pronoun badge on Etsy and it's so cute and it has my preferred main pronouns on it which just helps. I also got a call today about the nameplate outside my room (*freaks out that I have my own classroom*) asking if I was a Ms or Mrs and I said I prefer Mx and the secretary was like "Not a problem, we can do that."
