Blaze it! Haha More like shred it! I burned a bunch...330+ calories. I started with running on the treadmill, then cycling, next was the step master and I ended with a BOOTY WORKING MACHINE! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
4.17.15 | Day 12
I went to my friend's gym as her guest today; the gym's called Chuze Fitness and I'm sad so say that it's way better than Planet Fitness. We were there for about 2 hours. Started with sprinting in the treadmill, then went to butt and quad working machines. We moved to abs and after continued with lunges and long jump squats (frogs). We finished with the step master. I am super sore, more than I've ever been. I love it!

Today's gym session was only 45 minutes. The treadmill🏃 and the cycle🚴 were the only machines I used. I burned over 300 calories which has been my goals this week. Day by day I'm getting stronger, faster, and closer to my goal body. 💪
4.15.15 | Day 10
No gym and no healthy eating today. I didn't have time to go to the gym since I had too much homework and a cheer meeting today. My meals were a bit high in fats and calories, my portions were also big in size. I went for the easy foods. But, tomorrow will be better. I know beginners lapse a bit, but I'M STILL GOING!

Just got out of the gym and I FEEL GREAT! I burned over 315 calories. I sticked with the treadmill for about 20 minutes and did cycling for 10 and kept it different for the rest of the time. I'm already feeling sore and I love it. stocked for Leg Day Tomorrow!
4.12.15 | Day 7
I use Sundays to catch up on homework, do chores and relax. I wanted to go to the gym but I didn't have a ride to it. Anyways I'm actually trying to have more than 5/6 hours of sleep. Starting with at least 7 tonight. GYM TOMORROW THOUGH💪! So excited😄
4.11.15 | Day 6
This Saturday was so FUN! Began with: a community service event, then my little sister's band concert in ULV (La Verne), and a Sweet 16 to end the night. I didn't actually go to the gym, but all these things were a workout. Especially dancing at the party. I only planed to go to the gym Monday to Friday either way. I really want to go BIG next week!!
