Got my evaluation at work today. I originally figured I would get a good evaluation. I mean I do a good job. I'm always trying to learn new things and help my co-workers/patients/costumers. But then I start really thinking about it and begin to pick apart what I do in a day and the little things that are forgotten sometimes. Like filling out my pink sheet (I know my position.... I don't need it) or forgetting to check the conference rooms. Just stupid shit. So I go in the office and my manager says. Here's your evalualtion and I'm gonna share something with you... I rated you the highest out of all the unit leaders I'm responsible for. Me I scored a 45 out of 50! I need to remember to give myself more credit and continue doing what I'm doing.
