FOR EVERYTHING there’s a season. Ecclesiastes 3:1 🙇‍♀️ God knows how he does things... Right now is my “slow down season” . I’ve been pushing through a back and neck pain 🤦🏼‍♀️ I know we shouldn’t but ▶️Hey isn’t part of my carrier ? . After teaching Class yesterday I started to have the pinching pain on my neck, so bad that I felt like throwing up 🤢 . Exactly a year ago I got hit rear end while I was waiting on a red light 🚦 both Luis and Walter were there too, to God’s Grace they were not injured 🙏🏻 The minute Of the impact my kids were both buckled up and sitting straight👌🏻 me on the other hand, I was also wearing my sweat belt but twisted having a conversation with my son 😫 . I felt so aggravated that all my loud #latino #indio came up while I was SCREAMING at the young lady that hit us.....👎🏼 . Yes I screamed in all sorts of #Spanish loud voices 📢📢📢 . You know how latina moms get... 😤😤 . When the paramedics came I stared to feel nauseas but I didn’t say anything I though I was only nervous 🤷🏼‍♀️ . A day later I was screaming in pain....MRIs, massages, pain killers and therapy got me better.... . But today a year later, my body needs to get a break... so no classes for me or workout until further notice 💆🏼‍♀️ . I’ll keep supporting my team as an online Coach!
