CREATE YOUR GYM WITH RESISTANCE BAND Hi dear followers. We never stop develop ourselves, learn, practice, training everyday. For not make workout boring, each day each training make something new or something different, sometimes in different places. Today we will use our imagination and will create our own gym with no cost. So what we can create with no money? First we need to find any free place what available around, this time we training on roof of car park. Additionally we bought set of resistance bands that it. Well in not professional gym but better than nothing. In the video I will show you huge variety of exercises on all group of muscles what you can do with your resistance band. Plus you can training everywhere, can training home, in your garden, park, roof, loft, basement, street etc. Why on roof well why not, no one mind, no people here, very quiet and quite comfortable. So feel free to join to our outdoor workout with resistance band. The video might be quite useful for beginner, especially who have no idea about any kind of outdoor exercises with resistance band. Also the video simple example where you can workout if have no gym or fitness center around, and not enough space in your home or room. Than I suggest you use any available place what you can find near by. For instance today I use some of a place like roof, constriction, field, forest or even car park, what was quite comfortable for my outdoor training. Hence if your curious how to do some outdoor workout, that the video will be interesting for you. Hence take your mate and go out for street workout, if have no one no problem go alone. Good afternoon ladies, today's workout is simple and easy to follow. No excuses is the name of the game. We're in our backyard and found household items to assist us with today's exercises.
If you don't have weights, don't worry most of us don't. Then look around the house for items that weight different weights. But please remember to start light. We don't want you to injure yourself.
Maybe start with your child's bike lock, just like we did. All you'll need is a yoga mat and your own willpower. If you need an awesome mat check out the link below. We've provided a few links to help you find the right tools to follow along.
You could do this workout inside or out. Possibly pull out the dining room chair, a yoga mat and some textbooks in a bag and you're off to the races.
