What possessed me that I decided that today, my first day back in serious training, to do stamina drills?
My legs are going to kill me.
My brother made me jog with the dog the other day, and now I've got horrible shin splints.
I'm sticking to dance, abs, and flexibility from now on.
Just why?
I'm so tired of not making progress at all. I've been working out regularly since May/June and while I can tell my quads/thighs have improved, my BFP has increased instead of decreasing and my stomach has gotten worse. Frustrating doesn't even come near describing this...I can't even count the number of (professional) people I've talked with and still nothing. Why does my body hate me?
