Worked out a second day in a row, woohoo!!!!
Inclined bench, regular bench, curls, and more donkey kicks. Less than yesterday, but the treadmill kicked my ass. Went harder than the day before and was nearly throwing up after 15 minutes.

I decided to start doing some workout recording, because I feel more accountable if someone else knows about my workouts -- and my regular gym partner is going to be moving several states away at the beginning of July! (crying tears over here) So, going to post these here and pretend like anyone is reading them. Block #work it girl to avoid these updates. Today, in addition to my usual walking, I did a 5.3km run up and down my road, in 34:08; this includes a 5 minute walking warmup. I went after I came home from work and felt pretty good -- I hardly felt like I was breathing hard; the only real problem was my legs being tight.
