For all of you asking me what I eat, What I take and what my workout consists of.. First question I have is... Do you even lift? if "yes" read on my friend. if "no" My condolences go towards you. Anyways, I am currently eating 6 meals a day every 2 1/2 - 3 hours and training 3x a week
Meal 1: 6 egg whites, hash browns, whole wheat bagel
Meal 2: cup of oatmeal with walnuts, milk
Meal 3: turkey burger on whole wheat
Meal 4: Weight gainer shake (milk,oats,protein powder, bananana, agave)
Meal 5: 8oz chicken with cup of rice
Meal 6: 6oz turkey with 1/2 cup rice and beans
Same meals for the most part everyday, couple switch ups but rarely. (Hey, no one said it was going to be easy)
As for what I am taking, just Jack3d thats it. Nothing major.
For the workouts I am doing, Really its a preference of oneself. I am doing Hypertrophy, heavy weight 8-12 reps, upping the weight each set for more intensity.
Keep in mind, I am a Certified Personal Trainer as well so it has helped me a lot with my regime. Pretty simple but yet full of dedication and sacrifice is needed. So quite your bitching and get to work!
