• HiitMax Live #130 8x8 ☠️ . I had to dig deep to start & finish this insane workout. In case you don't know what 8x8 means: 8 reps of 8 different exercises 8 x times through 😐 & in between each round we do 2 min of skipping. . ✔️ Clean&Press (2x20lbs + 10lb vest) ✔️ Push-up & Knee in (10lb vest) ✔️ Wood Chop Left (1x20lbs + 10lb vest) ✔️ Wood Chop Right (1x20lbs + 10lb vest) ✔️ Shoulder Press (2x20lbs + 10lb vest) ✔️ Bicep & Row (2x10lbs + 10lb vest) ✔️ Tricep Kicks (2x10lbs + 10lb vest) ✔️ Deadlift (2x20lbs + 10lb vest) . When I got to round 5 I was pretty much done 😥 but I wanted to finish it, so I did the last 3 rounds together w the vest On & now I feel like 💩 but I got it done!!!
