Here are a few of our team’s favorite go-to wellness rituals that help us reset, recharge, and stay human in a digital world:

We give ourselves space in the morning—no Slack before 9, no meetings before 10. Whether it’s journaling, stretching, or just drinking coffee without emails, it’s sacred.

Not full workouts—just 5-minute stretch breaks, posture resets, or a quick dance party. We call them "Micro Moves," and they work wonders.

We set “soft shutdown” times—when notifications go off and our brains can, too. For some, that means logging off at 5. For others, it's a ritual walk after work to mentally clock out.
