Venting
Ugh where do i start? At work, my department is no longer a team. It showed big time this week with us not being prepared for Comic-Con. These last three days I've left work wanting a drink or a nice big bowl. My supervisor set me and the department up for failure. I'm sorry you may have a good reason why you were off the main arrival day for the Con but as a supervisor you make sacrifices. Not just that but she isn't even leading or supervising us. She doesn't know how any of us are doing. It's so frustrating cause not even as Lead can I say something because then my other Libra coworker is gonna talk shit. I don't know what her problem is anymore but because of her attitude we are not a team. It's sad and this is pushing me and my Pisces coworker to find new jobs. We can't stand it anymore. We both have to pick up everyone's slack. She's the only one in the department that I truly trust. I know she has my back.
