Aaaaaaa too lazy to work rn. Cold outside + cloudy weather. Idek.
I realize na ang fast paced ng RE dahil sa holiday today and napaka low energy ko dahil sa weather. And after finishing a project it's kinda fulfilling kasi you know they spent million or more just to buy a property/invest. And these investors are old money. I'm even doing the Last Will request just incase mawala sila bigla yung mga grandsons or nephews nila makikinabang. Edi sana all mag generational wealth.
