Look at the foot on the right. All the cuts and bruises and really painful looking injuries. It reminds me of the trials and tribulations that people go through to reach their personal goals and dreams. The things that most people don’t see when someone seems like they have it all and have it all together. Rarely do we see or hear about the mistakes, failures and pitfalls that are the best teachers on the path to success and greatness. We see the exterior and the glamour that successful people are enjoying for all their hard work. We don’t see the long and boring hours, the repetitive and grind it out days or the times of excruciating trials and tribulations. That part isn’t sexy and certainly isn’t inspirational! We want the mansions, exotic trips, amazing cars, fame and fortune....but not what leads up to that. Yuck. Definitely not pretty. It’s ok to not want to put in the Grind, just don’t expect the Great.
