While eyes are typically considered a divine symbol in Bestian Culture/Great Monster Mythology, The Games bears plenty of them. Not even the smartest of Bestian Scholars have been able to deduce why, especially considering just how easily all those eyes can become mouths.

(Art by well, Gege Akutami) Also yes, The Games also has a stomach mouth, he just doesn't show it much in his THE DEMON form as it he doesn't exactly have a concrete structure of abdomen down there, so the teeth are just kind of left hanging Art side by side
Also that symbol he's doing with his top hands is his sigil that's on his chest, it can also mean Apollyon, which for him means a stronger Calamity. But that only applies to the hand symbol, the Sigil is just a mark of The Games, think of the X on Lord X's chest (thats actually the insperation for that) Also, Sukuna is a relatively new inspiration for The Games, while he does have some influence on a part of World Debut I'm going to rethink through for the betterment of the story, as well as personality, its not as big as X, Flowey, or Springtrap was. Oh and on that, I would say Flowey was for sure his strongest base inspiration, with X being his strongest amplifier inspiration
Now I am going to draw THE VESSEL over this, but you guys can see that a long while later, because thats spoilers ... I'll give you a tiny hint though They're a Great Monster/Beast (lmao, why wouldn't they be)
