Nola: i know cats are still popular with city people
Sav: or befriend them Sav: or do stuff like have snake familiars, something that you can comfortably keep in a house and doesn't need to be let out all of the time like a dog
Nola: they'd be that guy that technically doesnt have a cat but feeds ALL THE STRAYS

Nola: you dont even have a cat why are you buying 200 pounds of cat food- oh
Sav: and the pigeons and eVERYONE HATES THE PIGEONs but they can't bring themselves to hate the witch Sav: b/c glamours can go a long way when rent is fuckin expensive and you'd rather not have to find a new place

Nola: part of my school involves this huge glass wall and there are dead birds near there all the time because the birds run into the wall
Sav: but also like Sav: them casting small spells and charms for like Sav: if they're living in an apartment Sav: for other people in the apartment
Nola: getting into trouble with the landlord because you nailed a broom above the door
Sav: helping them w/ carrying their groceries and subtlely putting a charmed bead or piece of jewelry in one of the bags

Nola: that or working at some crummy job like waiting tables because "hey i gotta take whatever'll keep the candles lit"
