Once Upon A Time.......A developer approached Designer Leo Dowell to design a pocket community of three French style chateaux. Leo suggested that they start in France. They found exotic vintage building materials and built the houses around them. The houses were positioned around a limestone fountain and a small pond with a timbered bridge.
