All the gods and goddesses and how their lives are one adventure after another. . I've always read books about Zeus and all the other heroes and imagined how it would be. From those books came the idea of somehow in the future seeing the Parthenon. . When I finally arrived in Athens, I got so excited to see the Parthenon. And at first from afar, it did look amazing perched on top of the mountain looking amazing. . If you're travelling to Athens, I definitely recommend visiting the Parthenon and joining a tour that will explain more or the history of the place. Looking at structures is completely different than also learning about how it came to be. I did my tour with @greeking.me and it was great! We didnt have to queue for the tickets and everything was explained carefully. .
