making aliens is a lot tougher than ud think!!!

theres always the "oh aliens wouldnt look like dat! das just a tall human but purple!", and then u go, "yeah i know how to alien better than that"

and so you make some aliens. and then you accidentally let your human drawin instincts kick in, and suddenly it looks way more human. you accept this and keep goin. then you want to give one member of the species top surgery scars. congrats youve accidentally implied that perchance some of these fish aliens have tiddies.

then you try again, new species, and its human again. cuz the human mind relates best to humans.

so then you move on to their social elements. BUT THEN you accidentally give them the same social taboos as our planetary ones. shared across most of the planet, but despite that, entirely arbitrary!!!

and so you realize, those scifi media with the pretty human aliens are actually doing their best, and what the designs do bring to the table should be appreciated!!!

what was made wasnt perfectly detached from all of our societies ideas, so what?!?! the orbit you made was cool. their skin reacting differently to water due to humidity conditions on their planet was rad. you made some cool shit along the way. and who knows. maybe were just space crabs, and u were right all along.

So here is the masterpost of World's Endlings information!

(NOTE:I'll make a better photo, I'm very busy rn shut up >:< )

Our crew of heros going left to right, are Cliqs, Gogo, and Xalu.

This world is set after the great synchronized fall of the universe came 3 measures early. Happening atleast ~10^100 years too early, the reset of the universe came with too little energy to properly happen. It also came with too much to let the universe move on as if nothing happened. The damage had been done.

On a much lighter note, Earth only 70 years prior had been thrust upon the intergalactic stage, a fact very beneficial to a group of 3 goobers.

Cliqs comes from the busy city of Riptide (Translated). He's well trained with a plasma axe, practices break dance, and is in practice a living scaly firecracker. High in energy, always in motion, and loud. So very very loud. This makes him the only permanently tenacious member of the team.

Gogo comes from a highly oppressive industry planet and accidentally became the face of a revolution. Assigned as a flamekeeper unit, he was trained for next to nothing other than sterilization through fire, and mauling. For reasons that you'll find out later ;3, he ended up running from his home world and sparking revolt. He's generally quiet, snarky, and deadly efficient with a rifle.

Xalu is a human field bio-electrician, which is essentially robotic implants and upgrades. She was a bit sloppy with her testing, and often trusted herself to simply test it out on herself. Conveniently for her she has yet to mess up. Despite all these intellectual accolades, she's a chaotic, foresight lacking, transfem girlfailure who works to see every sight and try every substance the universe has.

THE YEARNING

A third form of matter that goes entirely against our conventional understanding of matter. It's able to entirely create energy, albeit at an incredibly slow pace. This is where the universe's energy comes from at the start, and is what ultimately brings the end of it once its time for a retraction and a new big bang. However. This time around. This instance. It came too early, and was unable to build up enough energy. And so the universe fell into limbo. Silent. Kept moving by stragglers existing in silent rebellion of their lot.

Our ragtag lil gang's job is to figure out how to fix. that. Each unfortunately as the endling of their species. But I plan to write this as a whole lot of fun in spite of this :3

Hi yall its me, the greatest scumbler to ever scumble

So this is my art blog, my main project right now is THE WORLD'S ENDLINGS, a stupid scifi project about a ragtag group of endlings of their given species. The master post of info for that, and hopefully links to art about it is here.

I am unfortunately a drama nerd (deregatory), so you'll have to deal with show updates too.

You'll also get some of my D&D shit, I'm a very new DM, but anything I make for my campaign will be in a master post of its own, which as of this instance doesn't exist.
