@worldwide.fm what to say? I admit to being a little stunned and unable to articulate how I felt. Worldwide is the station that has schooled me since 2016 - and that when it all went tits up, got me up in the morning, every morning all the way through lockdown. It’s the station that welcomed me into the family and gave me the space (and the trust) to do something new and completely different (for a disco / house / tech head like me) with Accaliberation. The station that encouraged me to grow, to step out of my comfort zone, to explore and to dream a little. It’s the station that brought me out of my head and into my self and presented me to a completely new audience. It’s the station that brought me along for the @weoutherefest and @worldwide_festival_sete ride. It’s been an incredible few years and I owe Worldwide so much. So it’s with heavy heart 💜 that I received the news that it is time to press pause. I know we will come back bigger and better. I know I’ve made friends, built and reinforced bridges and found a new confidence through broadcasting thanks to the support of @gillespeterson @worldwide.fm @samfawcett @will_asare @ceylangoksel and the rest of the family.
