idea i havent been able to get out of my head: Maul's lower half still being intact. Not part of him, but not rotted away on Lotho Minor. Protected and kept whole by the dark force and the madman's sheer will. Funniest possible thing to find sold by scrappers in some backwater market.

I hope they're nicely vacuum sealed, wouldn't want them to accidentally run away. I really wonder what would happen if Maul gets his hands on them. Is there a chance he can put himself together again?

I know there is a really good rule 34 drawing exploring Maul's still existing, but removed, lower half. (Look it up at your own risk)

Expanding on the Shirakumo post from September - there’s more parallels with Sun Wukong. Something something crushed under a mountain

okay but like. now we're confusing visual parallels with situational parallels. Shirakumo DOES have the look of Sun Wukong, at least with regards to the cloud-powers/quarterstaff/costume, but even though they've both got a relentless optimism bent to their personality, Sun Wukong got slamdunked under a mountain for (1) disrespecting the heavens (2) peeing on the Buddha's finger. Poor Shirakumo got knocked in the head by a piece of rubble.
