Name: Breccan Prescott
Age: 40
Birthday: Unknown
Sex: Male
Species: Human
Personality: Breccan is the type of person who will most definitely hurt you for the smallest infringements. He isn’t very sympathetic to others, despite his job. He usually sees patients as lesser than him and so he thinks he’s allowed to toy with them as he pleases. Breccan projects a warm and welcoming persona outside of his work and with anyone he wants to like him. He is a master of manipulation and can seemingly talk himself out of almost any situation. Even though many are fooled by his act, they wouldn’t say that Breccan is a push over. Breccan is cruel and brutal to anyone who has the misfortune of getting on his bad side. And it would be wise to stay off his bad side if anyone knew what was good for them.

Bio:
Breccan was born by a house wife and her strict and traditional husband, who worked in the medical field. His mother was practically forced to stay home by Breccan’s father, who believed that a woman’s place was in the home and to take care of the children. As Breccan grew older his father started taking more interest in his young son and began to have the boy take on tasks that would later benefit Breccan in his future career. A career in which Breccan’s father had long-planned out for him, which was to also be a doctor. Over the entirety of his teenage years, Breccan began to adopt certain traits from his father. He made sure that his grades were almost absolutely perfect all throughout school. He had no intention of losing the respect of his father and so he would end up doing anything the elder Prescott asked of him. Breccan had one hell of a busy schedule you could say. When he wasn’t learning the ‘family business’ he was ordered to play a sport. By the time Breccan had finished high school anyone outside his family would say that he was a well-rounded and intelligent young man.
After years of college and figure out just what sort of career path he wanted to go into, with what little opening he had to choose from, Breccan decided to eventually join the staff of a psychiatric hospital. The beginnings of his work were typical and overall, boring, at first. He managed to gain affections from most of the staff. This lead to his figuring out just what he could get away with while he worked in the ward. As his job had him deal with the patients that were more or less forgotten by their own families. Breccan came to realize just how cruel he could be to these patients. It became clear that Breccan was not the 'well rounded’ individual that most initially thought of him. Unfortunately, anyone who cared about the patients didn’t see his true nature, and those who knew about it simply did not care how he treated the patients.
Breccan’s home life is completely different to that of his work life. At home, Breccan is seen as a loving, if not a tough father to his children. Always guiding them to do their best. He is an over all wonderful husband to his wife. It is only in the ward where he takes out his anger and darker desires. Until one day, something unfortunate came to pass. A patient he had been working on by the name of Tasmin had started to get on his nerves. She was a very forceful woman. He decided after a rather annoying encounter with Tasmin that he had to get rid of her and over a small amount of time Breccan began to poison her. To the other doctors, this was simply a new test he wanted to experiment with. Eventually, Tasmin had ceased all her activities. Breccan had forgotten an important piece, it was an oversight really. Oakley, the boy wrapped around Tasmin’s finger had taken notice of what Breccan had been up to. This eventually lead to Oakley confronting Breccan and the boy soon attacked him. After the attack, Breccan was of course seen as a victim of a violent youth losing their temper. As the boy was sentenced to another stint in solitary confinement Breccan took that opportunity to finish his job with Tasmin.
Tasmin died a few days later and Breccan was allowed to carry on his activities as usual. But he knew he had to get rid of Oakley. Waiting out the remaining days of the boy’s confinement to end, Breccan made arrangements to kill Oakley and make it look like a suicide. He threatened one of the interns to follow his plans and once Oakley was released he’d ordered the woman to his room where she slipped him enough pills to cause Oakley to overdose. After a week Oakley and Tasmin’s death’s were forgotten about. No real investigations were held and Breccan was free to continue his practice.
On the night of the black out Breccan was at the ward finalizing some things with his new batch of patients he was to take on the following week. As the days passed and the completely unusual things going on after the black out, with the dead rising, he started to find he was growing even more interested in these people who came back to life. Even after years of being dead. Breccan knew that this was a chance of a life time and so he’d set out to capture one of these dead brought back to life. He knew he couldn’t just leave to go hunt down these strange individuals though as he had a lot of work to do in the ward. But he swore to himself that as soon as he was able to get the proper free time he would find a way to get one of them into his hands, preferably have them placed in the ward where he was free to do experiments as he liked on them.
