Trying to come up with new processes for work is hurting my head and I haven’t even started on CPD yet. Today has been a total write off and I just want a cigarette or ten.

oh man oh man. I'm not sure where the angry ends and the hilarity begins with that thing. We got to read aloud lines from an "I am a customer" letter, which was the most self righteous, entitled load of bullshit I've seen in a while. Then while describing the three "levels" of employee, I was specifically called to describe the traits of the lowest level by my manager. Haha, I see what you did there manager. But you know what? I still leave in a little over a week. You've got no ammo left jackass. I think I'll write a "I am an employee" letter for you and leave it in the break room when I leave. Last laugh.
