We went to this sushi restaurant(Wasabi) down the street and the service there is never really good, but not quite this bad. I ordered yakisoba and a vegetable tempura roll. I repeated this when I ordered. A runner brings me tempura and the yakisoba, and I'm sort of confused, and when our server comes to the table forever later I ask her if she knows I ordered the "vegetable tempura roll" because I wasn't sure if that came with a side of tempura. She nods and says she knows. Comes back later asks if we're doing okay. "We're still waiting on our sushi." My friend gets her sushi. When our server finally comes to the table 10 minutes later she tells me she put in the tempura instead of the tempura roll. Wait...didn't we talk about this 20 minutes ago? And also when I ordered in the first fucking place an hour ago? She asks me if I want her to put it in. Uh, yeah. And then instead of telling the chefs she needs them to make it before the other orders she put it in like a regular one, so I literally waited twice as long, my friends were done and no rolls for me. So I ask this guy(I think the manager) who kept coming for the table for 2 boxes. I get the sushi after awhile, ten minutes after not getting boxes our server finally comes over and asks if we're still doing okay. Seriously? Then she brings me the boxes and the tabs(She had to ask us to repeat our orders and how they were split) and our orders are split up incorrectly and that fucking tempura is on there. So when she comes back forever later Jordan is holding these tickets with her eyebrow raised and sniper eyes and tells her again how the tickets should be and had to tell her after all the shitty service(which I didn't even go into full detail on) in a Regina George voice "And we're not paying for this because we didn't order this." Dude, this is serving 101. And then as we're waiting for our ticket she was hanging out by the computer with the other employees bitching about Jordan. Give me a fucking break, we've done your job, it's not our fault you suck at it.
