I get asked a lot about where I purchased the boho items in my home, and I am always happy to publicly endorse businesses that I have great experiences with. However, it’s not often I share bad experiences, but I’m going to now. One online Australian business @ishkahandcrafts , who have beautiful products, are also the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. They promise to let you know when they’re shipping items. They don’t. They ship part orders with no explanation of where missing items are. They take over a month to even start packing orders. When they run out of stock they don’t let you know and don’t refund you. They don’t ever answer the phone, they never call back if you leave a message and almost never respond to emails. I will never ever purchase online from this company again. Ever. I’m done, and I will be urging you all to never purchase from them either.
