Living in a new town has its challenges. Not the least of which is all my connections for far feeding the dogbeasts are over three hours away (and that’s just getting TO them!). I finally made a closer connection and was stoked when the offered some fresh trout for Danny and I to eat. We cooked them up in a cast iron skillet with fresh lemon and cracked pepper.
