This is a difficult question but I will try to answer your question as good as I can! Most slavic rituals are very much dependant on some sort of connection to the nature, ancient slavs were in touch with the nature and commonly used it for rituals.Slavs didnt write down what they did, and the stories and legends that they told, they were all orally passed down through generations, so there is an enormous lack of facts in this specific area of slavic culture, and this is the reason for the lack of sources in english. I would give you the sources that i have found in serbian but i suppose you wouldnt understadn what is written in them so I will try to translate a few things i have found:Slavs who perform rituals and magic had to open all of their senses, and let their mind roam free, let it be guided by feelings and let it read the signals of nature, but also to lend it over to the invinsible forces. An unbreakable bond with spirits of nature is characteristic for most slavic pagan beliefs.Krasnaja gorka: First week after Easter, a doll of Morana/Marana/Morzanna (the goddess of winter and death) was burntRadunica: Also known as the day of the dead, celebrated 9 days after easter. An offering to the dead is given (put on their grave) , most common offering/gift is eggs. These were the only rituals I could find that you can easily perform. This site will always be a good source of information, unfortunately its in serbian and only few of the information is translated. But basically, you can even improvise rituals as long as you keep them to the theme of the slavic paganism which is basically worshipping the slavic gods or nature/spirits.But there are also more “modern” rituals that the slavs couldnt leave behind so they adopted them into Christianity, but all of these rituals are mostly rituals performed with other people, such as Kupalo and Slava. I am very sorry for not concretely answering the question, it is very hard to find information about these things and this was the best I cold do. But I hope it helps !(I hope its ok that i i publish this instead of answering privately)
