Coming Soon: Events for Jan-Feb, 2016
Hey all! The new year started not too long ago, and the Tirisfal Theatre Troupe is already hard at work to begin our next big events! While we have a very special announcement we want to make, we don’t want to jinx it just yet! In the meantime, here’s a list of our upcoming events! Keep in mind, this list is subject to change or have events added:
January 22nd - Performance at the Skypetal Teahouse (time is TBA)
The Skypetal Teahouse has commissioned the services of the Tirisfal Theatre Troupe, who will be performing at their event! The teahouse opens at 7 PM (WrA server) and generally ends around midnight. There will be quality RP atmosphere, a custom menu crafted by the Skypetal Teahouse, streamed music, (cough) us (cough), and a great chance to meet new people!
As for us, we’ll be performing some of our favorite one act plays for your dining pleasure. Cooking with Tyrants, our classic comedy about what happens when two egomaniacs cook in the same kitchen, and Who’s the Dummy?, a short, rhyming comedic skit about a goblin with some real issues. You won’t want to miss any of it!
February 8th, 12th, 13th - Open casting night at the Darkmoon Faire!
The Tirisfal Theatre Troupe will be renting out the empty pavilion in order to host our open auditions! Times have hit the troupe rather hard, and we’re looking to bolster our cast a bit with 2-3 new actors/actresses! We’re especially looking for talented orcs, tauren, trolls and golbins to join us and add a little diversity to our cast! We are also looking for an additional stage-hand, whose duties may extend to acting as well when needed.
Sound like you, or someone you know? Show up for our open audition nights! Don’t forget GHI, or be willing to submit your email so that we can send you an audition script! Audition times begin at 6:30 PM (WrA server) at the Darkmoon Faire, inside one of the empty pavilions (subject to shift depending on other events going on at the faire)!
February 19th - Riddle Contest
Riddle me this, riddle me that, who wants a coin purse that’s rather fat? The answer is simple - the lucky team that wins our Riddle Contest, taking place on the evening of February 19th in the Brill Cemetery!
The rules are simple; you may enter our solo division, where sprite minded lone wolves can match their brain speed against one another with the house’s assortment of riddles, coming in any category from Warcraft lore to general categories!
Or, should you desire more time to consider your answers, grab a partner or two, and enter our team division, where each team may discuss the answer to the riddle freely with one another for up to three minutes, and take turns rather than beating the other teams to the punch! Whoever answers the most right by the end of the round wins!
The winners will recieve fabulous gold prizes, with a sum of 5,000g granted to each individual winner, and 2000g to each runner up! 500g consolation prizes will be granted just for playing!
(Please note, you may participate in both divisions, but you will be unable to qualify for a prize if you’ve already won a prize in the solo division aside from the consolation prize!)
Remember, that’s February 19th at the Brill Cemetery, beginning at 7:00 in the evening (WrA server time)!

We really don’t want to spoil our big announcement, but do expect to hear about it soon! There’s a lot in store for our fans this year!
Our focus for 2016 is to work on bolstering our one-act shows a bit before tackling a major production again, though we hope to get back to that point before long. We hope, in the meantime, you will all join us in the fun we have in store!
