Hello!!! I am very interested in saneness combat, I must know why Jeb is so jolly
jeb is so jolly because obv grumpy old man jeb "mirrored" would be... jolly old man jeb!
but lore wise... after killing phobos, his life kind of went downhill...
they used to be close friends (well... jeb THOUGHT they were...), so after his death (he literally killed him), phobos left a... phobos shaped hole in his heart... 🥀
until Hank came along and jeb practically shoved him in the aformentioned hole... in his heart...
obviously, it doesn't exactly fit, but jeb decided it'd do for the time being, so he does all he can to keep Hank from leaving him (like that last guy...)
in the end, he's all jolly because he has someone by his side again...!
(Whether Hank actually wants to be there is a story for another time...)
