#Bar #Original #Minecraft #WPMC #WPPVG #Extremely low framerate gif due to being screenshots and not actually a screen recording lol why did I do it like that #He did turn out cute ah he looks like a moth haha #Ft. my latest build - anyone who's also on my reblog sideblog can probably guess what inspired me hehe #S'been a really fun build :) Up to three so far!#Was initially building with Fig's skin but felt like playing as Bar to keep me on task - it worked surprisingly well #I've been forgetting to set a timer to eat and Bar's like Number One reminder is to go eat lol #So as soon as ''it had been long enough'' the thought of if he'd continue playing - no he wouldn't - made it Really easy to quit out #Task-breaker #Also his skin turned out cute hehe it's fun to play with layering - how they overlap s'fun #It looks like his knees are wearing glasses lol #Wonder if I should've made the edges darker instead of lighter... Was trying to give the impression of seeing his ball joint through #Pretty pleased with the rest of how he turned out tho #He's a cute lad

Third floor done*! (Second Floor) (First Floor)

#Damned #WPVG #WPMC #Technically the bathrooms aren't done because they are a Pain - and also this layout is technically a temp #I dunno if you can tell but the ceiling connects to the outer shell walls way more on this floor than any other - that's intentional #Personally I like to read the Institute as getting less and less hospitable the further up it you go #Like on the first floor there's a lot of calming blues and greens and wood tones - it's nice! Kinda pleasant!#Then on the second floor there's still the same Calming Blue but it's paired with hard floors rather than carpet #A lot more medical theatres and clean sanitized environs #And then the third floor - full white torture lol #A confusing maze of the same walls ceiling floor no matter where you turn #I'm sure there are some areas that are normal - Landel's office sports some signature colours!#But I like it when it's hard to look at and difficult to navigate and uncomfortable to be in :)#That said I am holding off on installing the floors in the individual rooms for the moment #Even aside several rooms not having a physical description I just also haven't been looking lately - just building! It is fun haha #The uhhh... Live Cultures test chamber is a particular point of interesting to me :0 There aren't any doors listed! How is it constructed...#It is exciting to see it mostly finished :) I started setting the hall-walls down in June! And then just completely lost steam awh #So it's nice to come back and knock out the rest :)#There are some roof structures that I don't really know where they belong :0 I'd like to! But the map was vague on location haha #I wonder if the birds roost up there... Monster playpen up there for sure hehe #Augh so close to the decoration stage! There are some I haven't been able to help hehe - been making some banners :3 #Such a fun project :D

It's well underway and I've been having a lot of fun with it :3 #I'm gonna toss Edgar and Wander in there at some point too - once I have their rooms a little more finished #It's a bit funny since I've been imagining the money tree in the opposite back-wall corner but it fits better here! Huah #I'm still not sure if I like the room plates above the doors or beside the doors hmmm #They're beside the doors in the dorms but I do like the immediate visual distinction of the offices #Dunno! Maybe I'll try it bothways #I love how there were two empty offices originally so I was able to sneak in both my guys haha #While Edgar just looks at Stein's office like ''Mine now''#I deeply enjoy the implications I am Not complaining <3 #I appreciate Edgar and Lee having similar enough damage that I can reuse assets between them both haha #There will be a bible in each of their rooms :) Only Edgar's will have a cross tho #It's too bad I've been making this in 1.16.5 honestly - Skulk would suit Wander's room so well! Maybe a Touch intense haha #It'd spill over to the next room anyway it's fine #I'll just decorate his with a bunch of map/frame/posters/paintings :)#Definitely won't look suspicious or like there's anything hiding behind them!! Secret passageways haha what are you talking about #Next showcase is definitely gonna be details - custom heads really make All the difference <3 #The Library looks great the bathrooms look great - the Cafeteria is about to pop off I swear #It's gonna be awesome

Second floor done! (First Floor)

#WPVG #WPMC #Minecraft #Damned #No real closeups this time apart from above the Med Wing - thank you as always to Alana's preservation work <3 #Although even with that rough map I'm considering moving some things around lol #There's an empty corner in the upper left of the Med Wing while the break room (if I had to guess) is crushed in by two rooms above it??#Seems silly to me But it does also feel very Damned to me haha the layouts don't always make perfect sense ♪#I'm just glad to have any semblance of what it looked like originally hhh ;; Wish I knew what all the rooms are in what order!#Well I still have the Med Wing threads to go through - see the progression of who goes where from which area lol #Problem being it's mostly singular rooms all off from very few hallways and some of the room names are similar #Like - is this the X-Ray Lab or the X-Ray Observation Room - that kind of thing lol #Still!! I do enjoy the puzzle-piece aspect and guesstimation work haha #Started to see the beginnings of undescribed rooms on this floor too - not a surprise since Most of the game was played on the first floor #Like the Special Counseling Final Preparation Rooms........ What are you #I have some ideas - in particular those single-block chambers are where the brainwashed patients are stored until they're all ready to send #Locked from the outside and then?? I haven't actually read anyone's account of their SC experience just after they've been placed haha #Oh and!! The Disciplinary Therapy section in the West Wing confused me terribly!!!#It took until I showed smol around and complained of the lack of Solitary Confinement - because it's not listed in the room descriptions!#And she was like ''What's that line of tiny rooms then'' and I was like :0 ''They were all described as S1 - S2 - S3.....''#Almost like they were Solitary Room 1.......2................3..................... Egg on my face lol she was gracious about it lol #It's the /Disciplinary Therapy/ section of the Institute like what else could they possibly be smh @ me lol #I'm very curious about the Experimental Treatments Laboratory too - right off from the morgue egh - I assume that's where monsters are made #Considering the animal test subjects kept there :( Leave them alone!#The second floor is scary! Though all the rooms directly above the Sun Room are Exceptionally normal lol #Love how the library is teal haha - and the staff lounge has as aggressively lime green carpet - I gave the Nurse lounge a yellow rug :)#Had another fun moment giving smol a tour - I used glazed terracotta in the staff kitchen - white/blue/yellow! The™ colour palette!#Only to realized I'd misplaced some of the tiles - I did the comedy Pause-And-Fix silently while she giggled and then got right back to it ♪#There's meant to be a security station at the end of the staff patio as well but there's no description of any of those! What are you???#I'll leave it off for now but I'm not opposed to adding one in... They are good and creepy in theory I just want to know more about them :0

Somehow, the nurses always seem able to immediately rush in and break up any fight, no matter where one begins. The computer room up on the 3rd Floor has a live feed of the entire Institute at all times. How is this achieved?

👁️The Panopticon, the unmistakable, oppressive omnipresence of cameras that looms heavy day and night, and the threat of punishment if any retaliative action is taken against it, with the certainty that they'll be fully operational again the next day.

👁️‍🗨️The Invisible Eye, no matter how hard one searches there is no evidence of any camera to transmit, and yet the footage is sent regardless - the beguiling comfort of a false negative, with nothing to break, no way to stop it from sharing hidden secrets.

So, it's scarier that there are Security Cameras...
