We are on the last day of the Midsummer Night’s Revelry and it’s really important to make sure those who have taken the time to plan and put in work all get recognized for their amazing contributions.
One of the truly unique parts of these sorts of events, and one that the Revelry has been blessed with in wonderful abundance, are the individuals that stream and do interviews to bring even more depth and fun to the event.

The lovely Niha Novacaine - streamer, gamer and roleplayer is how we all know her, but the amazing and lovely Niha is actually a tremendously well known professional cosplayer form India! She has been actively streaming the Revelry and bringing her joy to our event since last winter! We got really neat news during this Revelry that Niha is actually one of the cosplayers that is being brought in for this years Blizzcon!!!

The remarkably kind and funny Auro, Ilyea and Lyrica run this interesting channel on ‘mixlr’, a radio/podcast station that runs fast and has great archiving. During events, they like to do interviews of as many people as possible, from planners to participants, getting a truly in depth look at what all is going on.
They aren’t only around for events, however, and it should be noted that they are story and game crafting architects as well as ‘philosophers’, and the radio often will feature discussions and brainstorming meetings among role-players with the goal of bringing diverse storytelling techniques to the broader public.

A delightful new addition to our streaming people, Marimba has wow’d us with his genuinely entertaining voice acting of the events as they are ongoing. We get to see our roleplay and world through the eyes of the somewhat gruff ‘Zachai’, Marimba’s orc that intrepidly enters into new conversations with a joyful amount of wonder and bemusement at the antics of his fellow Azerothians.

Special Guest, TURWINKLE!
On Saturday, the Revelry was blessed by a surprise appearance from the adorable and much loved gnome mage known as Turwinkle! The adventurous little gnome was accidentally entered into the picnic basket dinner date auctions (people bid on a dinner and got to enjoy that dinner with whomever had created it!).
It was frightening for a moment, given that one of the bidders, a forsaken, thought that Turwinkle was in fact the dinner! That could have been a PR nightmare for the Revelry! Thankfully, a lovely Sin’dorei from the Legacy of Suramar organization stepped in to save the little gnome and made sure the rest of his time at the Revelry was a safe one!
