Soooooo....last night at the annual Wwwrap 2021 party in Vegas for The SEMA Show this happened. I can't lie, it's had me emotional since I heard my name announced, as it was totally unexpected. I was just going to a party with my friends, colleagues & #WrapFamily like every other year. I don't consider myself old or retired or done by any means, so to know that what I have poured my heart & soul into for nearly 18 years now has gotten to this level of accomplishment in my industry is overwhelming to say the least. I am now only the 4th person to have ever receive this award. The other 3 are legends & icons in this industry, guys I'm honored to call good friends, but also that I've looked up to, mentored & highly respected my whole career. Never would I have thought that making a sticker for a barber shop window all those years ago would have progressed me to where I am today. I'm crying as I type this trying to comprehend how I am now next to the Godfather of wrap Jim Miller , Justin Pate & Tim Evans as holders of the "LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD".
