Ingredients: 1 large flour tortilla. 1/2 pound ground beef. 1/2 packet taco seasoning mix. 1 cup nacho cheese sauce. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced pickled jalapeos. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Instructions: Put the ground beef in a pan and cook it over medium-low heat until it turns brown. Get rid of extra fat. To the cooked beef, add the taco seasoning mix and water as directed on the package. Keep cooking until the mixture gets thick. To make the big flour tortilla soft, heat it for a few seconds in the microwave or on a dry plate. Lay the hot tortilla out on a clean surface. Put some nacho cheese sauce in the middle of the tortilla and spread it out into a circle. In a taco-style, add the cooked beef on top of the cheese sauce. Put the beef on a plate and top it with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, diced onions, pickled jalapeos, and other cheeses. Carefully fold the tortilla's edges over the filling to make a hexagonal shape. Leave the middle open. Set a skillet that doesn't stick on medium heat.
