i mostly rp with ocs since canon rpers can be a pain in the ass by being douchebags to people with ocs and yes im talking to the ‘ i love all ocs send me ur ocs, i the holy and perfect canon rper will deem them worthy and love them ’ crowd who really actually treats ocs like theyre F tier like they said they wouldnt. if i follow a canon rper theyve passed my vibe check. and the canon muses i rp with usually dont have duplicates anyway. so i dont really care. tho if im required to answer i’d rather just keep it to one version of a muse for the sake of consistency. but as i said!!! really no real opinion on the matter..... 

35. do you read other people’s threads or do you only read your own?

not really. well........... if one of my mutuals is rping with someone that stinks i pause and look at it and shake my head and keep scrolling. also if i have two mutuals interacting.... cuz i love that.... the crossover power... reowr. love it! i have a few mutuals who interact regularly and i rly love it.... so spicy and fun to read. @oplitis and @goodluckgokudo yall r mvps.... luv ur threads.... luv the hateration and bashing and absolute insanity u bring.

                    THE ROOM IS LOUD, the chatter is almost relaxing for them now, the howling wind of the martian desert tends to haunt them when there is silence, and they far prefer the talk, the tink of glasses tapping together, of utensils scraping plates, the pop of champagne. their eyes scan the brightly lit ballroom. the smell of strange treats, foods brought from around the universe. it’s a rather extravagant affair, and it’s no wonder why they were invited. social status will do you wonders in places like these. perhaps that is why they aren’t surprised when they see him. when gold eyes land on that silken hair neatly tied off their shoulders, framing their face. they wonder for a moment how peter may have come to be here, what powers in the universe might have brought them both here after so long. the look in nureyev’s eyes makes their chest tight in a way they haven’t felt in some time, and their date for the night seems to notice, going to get herself a second drink when pilot abandons her in the crowd.  

                    PEREYRA MOVES CAREFULLY, an almost perfect tap of feels against the marble floor, a side effect of their new heel, a mix of metal and synthetic glass giving the sharp point the appearance of porcelain without the delicate nature of glass. the lack of variety in height does leave them irritated but there isn’t much to be done about that now. they wonder idly if peter will notice. they doubt it. it has been some time since they last saw one another. that doesn’t stop the butterflies, though the fire of the fear of being known has faded, it lingers in embers in their chest. 

                    “ IS THERE A NAME TO MATCH SUCH A PRETTY FACE ? ”   the ex-mayor queries, amusement bright in their features, it’s an old joke they have only ever told once or twice, but it is something they hope brings a smile to peter’s face.

                    TENSION IS A DANGEROUS THING, if you take a band of elastic, and every day you move the ends just a little bit further away from one another, something tends to happen : it snaps, and more often than not, that snap tends to harm someone, even if that someone just so happens to be you. they’ve had that sort of tension, mostly due to ransom, hiding things from your family is bound to cause problems, it just so happens buddy isn’t around to solve those problems this time.

                    “ AND WHY THE HELL WOULD I ? ”   juno’s response is immediate, a snap in response to what should be a reasonable question coming from a member of his crew, his family. but he’s frustrated and his head hurts and now just really isn’t the time for him to be playing friendly with the teacher’s pet.   “ i dunno if you know this, but your lack of trust in anyone but buddy, is kind of obvious, ilkay, and that road tends to go both ways, so how about you back off, dammit.”   he growls back, hand moving to cover his half bandaged side. it’s not like it’s the worst he’s dealt with, just . . . probably something he should have mentioned before getting caught savaging through the medbay’s cabinets.

Dawn truly despised trying to do research in the London branch of their esteemed Institute. The organisation felt almost entirely different to that of her home town and not in a good way. The library, as small as it was at home, was consistent in everything being where she needed it to be. This building here felt like it moved things away from where she wanted them to be despite the amount of librarians they claimed to have.

“Sorry, excuse me, I’m looking for a book on the presence of the buried in relation to debt.” Some could say that was her specialist subject, but they were having problems again and she wanted to nip it in the bud as soon as she could. “I have the classification noted down but it doesn’t look like it’s here.” A wave of a yellow post-it to emphasise her point in collaboration with a friendly smile.

Carla's dress was black as night when she opened the door.  While she gave a polite curtsy in greeting, Fanshawe’s only just recently received letter burned in her mind.  She reached out by the door for her cane and stepped across the threshold with a smile that did not reach her doll-blue eyes.

“Let’s walk, Magnus, there is nothing quite like it to relieve the stiffness that creeps in with travel.”  She did not wait for a response, gliding past.  She ignored the gap where a tree had been, refusing to think how it had been burned to ash for reasons she will never know.

 heights didn't always appeal,    they   never   sung   to   her   in   childhood   or   any   other   phase   of   her   life:     not   especially   frightening,     never   a   phobia,     never   worth   even   noting.     perhaps   the   brunette   is   evolving     -     or,    perhaps,    she   clings   to   traumas   with   only   the   false   premise   of   trying   to   make   sense   of   them,     evolving   around   them,    healing   over   them.     some   nights   this   is   exactly   what   she   needs     cold   air    &&   stars   to   stare   at   instead   of   cracks   on   motel   ceiling.

                    TIRED EYES FIND THE OTHER’S FORM, she’s been monster hunting, if she didn’t know any better she might suspect her age is finally catching up with her, though the same can’t be said for the prophet. gertrude almost cracks a smile at agnes’ comment, she wonders idly if the cult would follow, knows that they would, actually. though she is surprised that they haven’t tried to drag agnes away, see if distance might make a difference to their . . . bond.   “ getting bored of us already then ? ”
