Wait a minute so if the Mandragora hearts removed from Crimson have snazzy consciousnesses (Chain/the Knife) then does Fork's fork also have one too? Could we then conclude that many of the genuine kosmic stones have this property, being the hearts of living things? Which in turn maybe means that the mandragora race could be revived if a number of these sentient stones were provoked into waking? Or maybe we'll see more of this lore unfold in the future i guess :D anyway, cheers

Hey, I was wondering would King win in a fight against a hekaton like Fork, given that (I think???) you said something before about how Fork coulda whupped Crimson's ass, and Crim is a snazzy hybrid a bit like King? Although I guess (currently) amnesiac King would be a bit disadvantaged in the 'kill all the things' competition :D

Well, the reason why i said fork would have beat crimson was in the context of the specific scene of fork newly acquiring half of an E-type body while Crimson is low on stamina after surgery/wormfuck/emotional disassociation whirlwind party. Fork is already physically much stronger than Crim and obvs very well trained in combat, but crim is still a regenerating freaky 500+ year old worm hybrid with mysterious powers. Both characters at full health would be pretty tricky to say who would be the victor, I’d say they kinda come out even with their specific advantages/disadvantages. But ATM yes Fork can totally pummel crim with his added strength boost. Fork is pretty OP atm, even if he doesn’t realize it. Canary is one of the physically weakest characters in ffak. they can throw a brick, I guess? Their strength is basically that of a normal human being. King does have incredible mysterious powers too but being an amnesiac sort of makes that useless atm. But king’s strength really relies on other things blindly defending them more so than throwing the punches themselves. This is pretty typical behavior for king worms.

idk if its a spoilery ask but hey what did Nail eat to become a snazzy stabbing scorpion? or did he kind of see the thing and become the thing like crimson seeing dylan's fanged maw head and deciding they'd mimic her across their face?

He was fed a scorpion! By.. someone. :)he’s also a queen worm, which usually have tails! (even crimson has one sometimes.. we havent gotten to see it tho. ;-;) But as a general rule, if a worm has an animal/insect/whatever-y quality about them, its usually an indicator that they have (at one point) eaten the thing they have turned into, or inherited it from a parent. (Canary, for example, was born with centipede features from their hydragora king worm parent.)

Ah but how do you /fold/ them? That is the real trick

step 1: acquire box

step 2: gently place the fitted sheet at the bottom of the box, bunched edges around the inner edge of the box

step 3: throw a bunch of other random junk in the box

step 4: put the box in the closet and never touch it again for half a year

step 5: forget you own more than one set of sheets

On the one hand you'd be all 'hell yeah look at my gif floating along the internet!' but on the other hand it'd be really aggravating because you'd made that wee gif and a jacktonne of people stole it. A weird mixture of pride and deep disappointment

right??? that’s how i feel. like. fanartists who make little sketches that get weirdly popular. like yay people liked the thing i made but also... no one cares that i made it, just that it was made. and art at least usually includes artists signatures. gifs are just moving picture scenes from tv shows or whatever. they’re very hard to credit even if you do color correct or add effects whatever
