Recently I've been catching up on @darksideofthering with the Onita/FMW, Luna and Rob Black XPW episodes. Man, these have been some informative episodes. And the footage with the death matches? Woof. And the first hand stories? Amazing!!! I like how they show more love to the indie scene and not so mainstream (WWF/WWE/NWA/WCW) during this season.
Its a shame that there currently isn't a season 4 though I believe I read somewhere that the showrunnwrs for Dark Side of the Ring are doing a new show on the Wrestling Territories. We'll have to see if they have a season 4 in the future up their sleeves.

I just came across the newer Dark Side of the Ring programs that they call “Confidential.” The original program is shown alongside Conrad Thompson and the show runners Evan Husney and Jason Eisener. The premise is that they show the episode with alongside with any questions that may have not been answered the first time around and some extra interviews.
This is the Death of Bruiser Brody episode. Bruiser was stabbed and killed by fellow wrestler Invader Uno in the locker while in Puerto Rico.
As a kid as remember that the UHF channel 68 (on the rabbit ear TVs before cable TV became commonplace in NYC) would rotate a different territory everyday. One day it would be Mid South, World Class Championship Wrestling and other promotions. Occasionally Puerto Rican wrestling would be shown and there I would see Brody and Abdullah beat the shit out of each other. I also saw some of his Japanese wrestling matches for All Japan on old VHS tapes that I was able to get my hands on in the era before the Internet and streaming.
It’s so sad what happened to Bruiser and his family. I’m looking forward to what other new facts they shed light on in this second showing.

Just watched Paige and her family's wrestling documentary.
If you haven't already seen it, please make it a point to do so. It's really, really great. It's stuff like this that makes me feel inspired with wrestling, that with hard work and determination, you can make your dreams come true.
