Part B
1. Answer/speak to Person A’s question or comment.
Erica Lai was assigned Part A of our collaborative work for WRIT 240; in response to her question I believe the culture of Lutenblag is Eastern European as the original blog states a lot of the influences of the hotel, restaurants and nightlife are from this culture. Moreover, I believe Lutenblag caters to many tourists but is the home to an older population who wish to live peacefully in the mountains. The way in which the author describes the brew ‘blag,’ the entertainment at Club Zlad and the scenic appreciation, it seems as though the city would populate a crowd whom could appreciate such aspects of a city. Erica was helpful to suggest the blog be divided into three parts - the city (architecture, landmarks, destinations), the people (culture, customs and language), and the entertainment (food, drink, and beaches). I think I have decided to create the sub-topics: The City, Entertainment (food/activities), and Accommodations.
2. Identify at least three sub-topics, and restructure the article into sections with subheadings for each section. (They must be informational and not witty).
The City
Lutenblag is nestled in the Great Central Valley of Molvania. This bustling, busy, loud and fussy capital of the central European mixes the ancient with modern. If one were to stay in Lutenblag, you'll see jaw-dropping views of nearby scenery and landscapes. There are many places one could visit which sit on the hillside overlooking a breathtaking panorama of sea and sand. Walk further along the cobblestone road past verdant, green, rolling and meandering fields, and appreciate the beautiful city in itself. Lutenblag is described by many tourists as ‘the home away from home’ and caters to relaxation and enjoyment.
Entertainment (Food/Activities)
Lutenblag also boasts many charming and exquisite eateries. Soup, the local beer brew ‘blag,’ and Sprufkil's Gourmet Hot Dogs are tourist favorites. Moreover, Lutenblag offers a hip lounge called Club Zlad, and is described as an amazing lush oasis nestled in this lively metropolis producing great vides to all who go.
Accommodations
Stay the night at a Hotel Zlad, a hip boutique property (think: Eastern European boho chic). On the upper floors, many find guest rooms featuring modern furniture. From your window, you'll see jaw-dropping views of nearby scenery and landscapes. It is said that most guests are so taken back by the beauty the hotel has that they are unable to venture into the city.
