A little about me for @writeblrconnections
Hi! I’m Donna, and I love to write in my free time. Eventually it will be a nice full time gig, but for now it’s in between the 200 other things I do daily.
I tend to write mostly young adult fiction. I have dabbled with some more adult suspense thrillers too. I like to read mystery, thriller, suspense, and young adult fiction primarily.
My favorite books are The Outsiders, the Harry Potter series, the Hunger Games trilogy, the Divergent series, The Ten Best Days of my Life, Tuesday’s with Morrie, and about a hundred more.
I have three major WIPs right now. The first two are young adult. The first one is a science fiction young adult story about a world similar to ours, but a girl falls into a portal to another dimension and gains powers that she brings back to our world. The second is about a land primarily run by children. My third WIP is about a woman who has been kidnapped by a man obsessed with her.
I have yet to finish a novel but it’s coming this year. I have been prepping for NanoWrimo for about a month, but I don’t know how to prep properly. I’m looking for an accountability partner!
