Quick Requests Update!
Hello everyone!
Thank you so so so SO much to everyone who has sent in a request! My inbox is full of amazing requests and I cannot wait to write all of them for you!
That being said: I’m going to close my requests for the moment. Anything sent before now (05/07/2024 8:54am EST) I will work on. My asks will still be open though for those that want to say hi or anything!
I’m also going to give myself a little more leeway to work on/release requests out of chronological (receveiving) order. Releasing all requests in order was a silly expectation I had for myself.
I want to make sure I do each request justice, and some I need to ponder a bit more than others. That is not a bad thing! For some, I need to do more research on the topic so I can properly respond to the request (which I have no problem doing as long as it’s reasonable. Ex: I’ve been researching the Vastaya some more), while others are a bit easier to answer quickly (such as the first kisses headcanon I released recently or the Heartsteel receiving compliments headcanon which I’m working on now).
Also, I am human. I’m not perfect. I have ADHD. I get writers block too. Life has been kicking my ass a little bit as of late, and tbh it’s easier to answer some of those quicker requests regardless of what mindset I’m in. I’m feeling burnt out in so many other elements of life, I’d rather not get burnt out on writing too. Being able to jump to whatever is inspiring me at a point in time is critical. I never want to force something out that I’m not proud of.
